Our first and foremost policy is to strive for complete customer satisfaction, however, please take the time to read our remaining policies as this can prevent any misunderstanding or disappointment in our service.
* Damaged Shipments: Damaged shipments from UPS must be claimed with the freight carrier. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing material and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier. If shipment by USPS priority mail is damaged, please contact us at: 910.575.2215 and report the damaged product. The product will be insured and damaged claim forms will be completed. There is a 14 day time limit after you receive the merchandise to report damages.
* Manufacturers Defects: If a product appears to have a manufactures defect, contact our customer service department at: 910.575.2215 for instructions. Do not return products to us without first calling to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.
* Return Policy: We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If you have any questions about your purchase, please contact us. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and want to return it, you must contact us at: 910.575.2215 and request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Your request must be within 3 business days of the original delivery confirmation date. In the request, include your name, order confirmation date and quantity/description of the items you would like the RAN for. No refunds will be given without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. No returns will be authorized after 10 days from the date of purchase. Items must be returned in their original, unopened, manufacturers box and packaging with all original packaging, accessories and materials in new, mint condition. Items returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges (original & return) will not be refunded. Note: Items damaged during shipping are non-returnable. We will however, take every precaution in packaging your items for shipment as well as insure the value of your shipment.
*Note: No refunds, exchanges or credit given on cremation jewelry, custom made urns, pet caskets, headstones, garden stones, engraved nameplates or any personalized product. All these sales are final. Also products shipped straight from the manufacturer are not returnable, no refunds or credit will be given. All these sales are also final.
* Payment Policy: T&S Pet Memorials accepts certified checks, money orders and personal checks. Note: personal checks must clear before products are shipped. Credit cards accepted online by PayPal. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
* Shipping Policy: Although we endeavor to keep a sufficient variety of stock on hand, we may temporarily sell out on certain items (first order in receives priority). In case a product is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this and hold the order until we receive further instructions from you or when our stock order arrives. We normally ship within 7 business days, custom order may take longer. All orders are shipped by UPS, FedEx or U.S. Postal Service. Shipping cost is based on delivery within the continental USA.
We are not responsible for delays in any Postal Service, Courier Service, natural disasters, and technical failures beyond our control. We will do our best to complete your order and mail or ship according to our shipping policy.

* Liability Policy: T&S Pet Memorials will not be held liable for any damage or injury caused directly or indirectly by our products.
* Privacy Policy: TS Pet Memorials will not share your information with anyone. It is the policy of T&S Pet Memorials to respect the privacy of its customers. Therefore, all information is strictly confidential. T&S Pet Memorials will not give out your name, address, or e-mail address to any third parties, ever.
