We ship to the CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES AT THIS TIME. We will ship International orders if customer agrees to shipping charges.
T&S Pet Memorials ships domestic orders U.S.P.S. Parcel Post or Priority Mail.
However we reserve the right to ship at our discretion using U.S.P.S., U.P.S.,
D.H.L, Common Carrier, or what ever means is most feasible pertaining to the
particular order that is being shipped. At our customers request we will
obtain a tracking number and email that information to them.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that any order shipped is picked
up. In the event that a customer does not pick up any shipped items that are
returned to us, the customer is responsible to pay for any return postage as
well as required postage to reship the item back to them a second time. These
postage fees must be paid prior to the order being shipped a second time. All
customers have (14) fourteen days from the time we receive a returned shipment
to pay any reshipping. In the event that a customer does not pay reshipping
fees within (14) fourteen days of their order being returned to us, the items
will be disposed of and no refund will be given for the order.
Return Policy
We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If you have any questions about
your purchase, please contact us by email. If for some reason you are not
satisfied with your purchase and want to return it, you must contact us by
email and request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Your request must be
within 3 business days of the original delivery confirmation date. In the
request, include your name, order confirmation date and quantity/description of
the items you would like the RAN for. No refunds will be given without a Return
Authorization Number written clearly on the package. No returns will be
authorized after 10 days from the date of purchase. Items must be returned in
their original, unopened, manufacturers box and packaging with all original
packaging, accessories and materials in new, mint condition. All items
returned will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges (original &
return) will not be refunded. Note: Items damaged during shipping are non-
returnable. We will however, take every precaution in packaging your items for
shipment as well as insure the value of your shipment.
Backorder Policy
No Backorders, if order can not be shipped, we refund the order.
Damaged Goods Policy
We do our best to insure that all merchandise is properly packaged and marked
for shipping. However we do not have any control over damage during the
handling by a carrier or delivery company. In the event that an item is
damaged during shipping, the customer will need to file a claim with the
carrier or delivery company. We usually use the U.S.P.S. for deliveries. If
an item is delivered damaged by the U.S.P.S., the customer needs to file form
1000 with the U.S.P.S. If an item is delivered damaged by another carrier,
please contact the carrier and they will instruct you in the procedures for
filing such a claim.
Please be advised that each customer has a specific time limit for
filing a damaged claim. This is 10 days from the delivery date. Always
remember that if you receive a package that is clearly damaged upon
arrival, be sure to point out the damage to the carrier at the time of delivery.
