My time on Earth had finally come to an end.
The next thing I knew I was heading towards the Rainbow Bridge.
I saw pets and animals of all shapes, colors and sizes.
All were running and playing together in perfect harmony.
As I got closer, I saw one running towards me.
Could it be my best friend, after all these years.
It was my best friend, my pet had been waiting for me.
We embraced and loved each other for quite a while.
Then it was time for us to cross the Rainbow Bridge.
As we crossed the Rainbow Bridge,
I noticed the path going in two directions.
One way was beautiful with flowers
and blooming fruit trees everywhere.
The other path was like a long dark tunnel.
As I started towards the beautiful path,
my pet suddenly ran the other way.
Not wanting to lose my pet again,
I ran to catch up.
As soon as I caught up,
I noticed a bright light at the end of the tunnel.
My pet must have known the right direction to go.
Upon reaching the light, I knew this must be Heaven.
I picked up my pet in my arms and we entered the light.
My God was the first to greet us.
Our journey had finally ended.
We were Together Forever
in Heaven.
